New Email Address for Electronic Submissions of eNOA/D

The National Vessel Movement Center (NVMC) has established a new email address for submission of electronic Notices of Arrival/Departure (eNOA/D). Submissions should be formatted as conforming Extensible Markup Language (XML) attachments, should utilize current eNOA/D schema, and must satisfy relevant regulations.  Send your eNOA/D submission to one email address only, in order to reduce the likelihood of delays in processing. 

The new email address is enoad@nvmc.uscg.gov.
