Guidance: A Hull Survey Guideline features illustrations highlighting not only the most relevant areas where special attention is needed (hotspots), but also helps to standardise assessments throughout your fleet and thus reduces the level of subjectivity.

Know-how: GL has designed a comprehensive Hull Monitoring seminar. Participants optimise their ability to carry out safe and efficient hull inspections and are shown how to document the results in a suitable manner. In addition, extensive software user training as well as implementation and installation support is offered to crews and office staff to ensure smooth handling of the software and compliance with the inspection processes and policies in place at each company.

Support: Software maintenance & support for the GL HullManager and GL Pegasus Viewer as well as for the 3D computer ship model ensures smooth software usage and regular updates with new features. GL classed vessels participating in the Hull Lifecycle Programme (HLP) benefit from the class notation HLP.
